Symptoms
The error is reported during backup.
Cause
A file or directory with the same name but different character layout (upper/lower case) is attempted to be backed up again.
Workaround
when using file system backup sets with Windows DS-Client to backup files and folders that are updated by applications and the file or folder name is recreated between backups with the same name but different upper/lower case layout, the set must be created with the option "Backup as POSIX" enabled, this options is shown in the new backup set wizard only if the value for "Show POSIX" is set to "Yes" in DS-User > Setup > Configuration > Advanced > Miscellaneous.
