Exclusions on SentinelOne Portal for Known Good Applications

A path exclusion may be required on the S1 portal for some applications to function as intended and avoid conflicts.

If you deploy this solution, the Agent will not be able to protect the affected endpoints from exploits directed at the excluded application vulnerabilities.

Exclusion Procedure

To create SentinelOne exclusions for interoperability:

  1. On the sidebar, click Scope and select a scope.

  1. Click Sentinels and from the toolbar and then click Exclusions.

  1. Click Path.
  2. Click New Exclusion or click on an existing exclusion to edit.

  1. In OS, select the relevant platform.
  2. In Path, enter an item to exclude.
  3. If the item is a folder, select Include Subfolders.
  4. Change the Exclusion Mode by selecting More options to see all modes.

  1. Select Interoperability.

  1. Click Save or Save and Add Another.
  2. Make an exclusion for each required application from the list above.
  3. A restart of the endpoint may be required for the changes to take effect.
