The warning might be reported during backup (file system backup sets).
Cause
In the DS-USer Backup Set's Properties –> Advanced Options, the 'Follow Junction Point' check box is NOT selected (default setting).
Workaround
This is a valid warning due to the fact that 'Follow Junction Point' is not checked as the user does not want to backup junction points (e.g. only one volume on the protected Windows backup source or all volumes (if more than one) are included in the backup items list).
If desired, the severity of the message can be changed from "Warning" to "Information" using the steps below:
a) DS-User –> Setup –> Event Filter –> New:
b)type in or paste in the "Event #" field the value 0x80000421
c) change the "Category" field to Application, the content of the message will be automatically displayed in the "description" field.
